It is that time of year again… We are all madly running (but mostly stumbling!) downhill towards the end of the year. The dash seems terrifyingly short and exhaustingly long all at the same time!

When it feels like everything around you is crumbling; Life is rushing ahead of you and you cannot keep up; you're out of your depth, paddling around in delirious circles... Remember - it's not yet the end!
