If you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I'm here to help! I offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Returned items must be returned in original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use.
Please note the following exceptions to my return and exchange policy:
Personalised SA Animal Alphabet Posters and Custom Alphabet Names. As these products are custom-designed and made-to-order, they are unfortunately not eligible to return or exchange unless damaged during shipping. I share the designs and dimensions of these products with my customers prior to delivery for approval to ensure complete satisfaction.
Digital products. As these items are downloadable, they cannot physically be returned. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 10 days of your purchase.
